Finally I have the internet connection and time to post my most recent finished knit.  My first project shown on craftster. Grin

Pattern used: Free pattern from Canary Sanctuary's blog http://canaryknits.blogspot.com/2007/09/alatus.html
Yarn: An unknown, dark blue wool, really itchy
Needle size: 3 (metric)
Mods: The chart is not hundred percent accurate, as the original was a bit hard to read on my monitor (Probably best to print it out, I didn't have a printer). And I started the neckline two rounds late, because as usual, I wasnt paying attention to the pattern. The gauge is a bit tight, as I didnt bother to swatch, but that is all right, as I am a bit smaller than the measures in the pattern.

This is the first sweater I've ever knit, and it worked out more than okay, I really recommend others to try the pattern. I would really like to see more versions of it. Smiley

(taing pics of your back, on your own is not very easy.  Wink )

I was hoping to be able to get better pictures of this before posting it here, but summery weather has been quite absent. Maybe later. Sorry for the messy mirror. It looked clean when I too the pics.  Huh

This project can also be found on my blog ( http://emmaknits.blogspot.com/2008/05/alatus.html ) and on ravelry ( http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Fnugg/alatus ).

I love this sweater!

Saving the world from the forces of darkness with creativity and glue.  Lots of glue. And glitter.

OMG!  Thats gorgeous. I loved the original and I love yours. I wanted to knit it myself, but I kinda suck and unless the pattern was written row by row, I wouldnt be able to follow. Props to you for being able to!

I blame it on the bunny....

It looks very cute!
Too bad about the itchiness of the wool (I did that once too.  Now I always do the "rub against my wrists" test).
I hope you enjoy it Smiley
