Ok, so those of you who are familiar with the Simpsons will understand the origin of this Valentines Day card..
My boy and I aren't really into the whole 'V-day' thing.. commercialism and such, but I thought I'd make him this card because it's cute, funny and we are both huge Simpson nerds Smiley
I made it last night (being the 13th), just outta some crap I had in my desk drawer (could go get any crafting stuff coz everyone was in bed!!)
I just thought it was a fun thing for a not so seriously mushy V-day card..

Front... I'm not a very good drawer and this is all copied.. so yeah.. be nice Smiley

Inside

If you want this image.. or the image of the other card (Lets BEE friends) then just google the phrase 'I choo choo chose you' !!
I probably could have printed it.. but i thought it was nicer if I tried to copy it Smiley

I love that episode! My fiance and I were thinking of having our wedding at an old renovated train station. I said that if we did, I was going to do something like that for the invitations!

I think this is a GREAT Valentine, and I know your boyfriend will too!

PS you could always sing him a little song ..."Oh Margie, you came and you found me a turkey, on my vacation away from workie..."

Yeah, we're all Simpsons nerds at heart.

"see, you can actually pinpoint the EXACT second his heart breaks... wait wait wait.. there it is"
Man, that's a great replica of the actual one. Assuming you have the tape/dvd of that episode to get it so incredibly awesome?
Oh, the simpsons, it will never fail me.

Thankyou guys  Kiss It was pretty fun to make too..

allisone: Having a wedding in old train station would be beautiful!
I think I should sing him a song! I'm sure he'd appreciate that Smiley
'A plum, floating in perfume, served in a mans hat? Where's that from?? It's nagging me! Simpsons? Huh

stargirl52: I actually copied it from a pic on a website Smiley I modified it a bit, didn't exactly centre it right and didn't quite get the entire carriage but thankyou so much for your compliment Smiley
The Simpson's could be my life!

"it says 'choo choo choose you' and in has a picture of a train on it"

Violin Romance, It is from the Be Sharps episode (5th season dvd set yay!). It is what the "Yoko Ono" character orders in Moe's bar. I thought it was perfect for craftster! Smiley  I think your Valentine is so great, I'm going to send that wonderful man man of mine a link so that he can see we aren't alone!
