If you love Ladybug Picnic, you should check out the short documentary on the guy who wrote and sang it, "Who is Bud Lucky". Its one of the special features on the DVD of The Incredibles. He did one of the voices for the film and wrote and performed the short on that disc "Boundin". He is a cool old dude.

Thank you, kuckyjune, I will DEFINITELY be looking for that documentary!

As for the ladybug, thanks for everybody's kind words! Since I've been getting feedback on it again, I'm thinking of finding whatever notes I took at the time and seeing if I can make more, or write a real pattern, or . . . something.  Maybe.  If I do, you guys will the first to know.  Wink

No more blog + no more facebook = more time for crafting!

This is just the cutest thing! This was one of my 2 favorite clips from Sesame Street... My other is the Alligator King (and his 7 sons). This ladybug makes me wish I could crochet or knit better than just single and double crochet stitches  Undecided

only thing better than this ladybug would be the ladybug AND the alligator with some of his sons Wink

You nailed her!  She is just perfect.  I saw her and started singing the song right away!
