You are a sweetheart for doing this for your father.
Cat urine is incredibly hard to get rid of. I know. I have a cat who peed just outside of her litterbox until I found the type of litter she liked and she's not senile... just picky. Even though this was on a vinyl flooring, I had to purchase some Nature's Miracle to get rid of the smell.

I am moved by your thoughtfulness and your persistence. Cat pee is a nightmare, no matter where it is! The floor is beautiful. I can't wait to see what you decide to do with the walls.

I agree with everyone this is really amazing and I'm sure its helped your dad soo much. You really are a great daughter.
Cat urine really is the worst AND its bad for your health too. Especially when its allowed to build up. It leads to headache and health problems so clearing it out probibly lifted his spirits more because of that. I have a problem cat who had ruined some of our floors too. Seeing out great the room turned out gives me hope. Truely a wonderful job.
