I really love this!  Now I want to get out the embroidery thread and do...something.  I like that you were able to use so many different stitches on one small project - it really elevates it to something special.

Thanks! Yes I did the design for the whole thing...I had a bit of a disaster setting the bottom in but the embroidery part was a lot easier than it looks. I just did it in strips following the weave of the cloth.

July is a great time to embroider...it's too darn hot to do anything else, and it looks so pretty to sit out under the oak tree with a glass of cold lemonade and a funky piece of needlework!
