What can I say... my family likes tarts (mainly my mother really... the rest of the family doesn't really care what dessert is going into their mouths, as long as it tastes and looks decently good) Instead of spamming the board with individual posts for each one, here's a bunch of tarts I've made over the past two months.

Mix Fruit Tart (blueberries, kiwi, peach, apple, strawberries, custard base)

Mix Fruit Tartlet (same fruits as the large one)

Another Mix Fruit Tart (blueberries, kiwi, pear, apple, green grapes, custard base)

Green Tartlet (kiwi, pear, green grapes, blueberries[i know, they aren't green])

Mango Tart (mangoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a bunch of other spices I can't remember)
This tart doesn't look as pretty as the other ones, but it tastes great and it's simple to make.

I still have 7 mangoes left (i bought a case of them 'cuz they were cheap Tongue). I foresee a lot more mango tarts in the very near future Grin

These look so good!!! I love your presentation.  I've never baked with mangos before.  My family eats them as is.lol.  They would never make it to the oven.  I love the way your tarts look.

I LOVE tarts! We just had some mini ones tonight for my roommate's birthday. I should make some with all these delicious fruits in season right now.

I'm working on getting my blog up, check it out! Smiley
