Not sure if this should go here or in the Image Reproduction...

A sort of story behind this:
My husband and I were at the beach, as usual I was playing in the sand and digging a hole. There were two girls that walked by, I think one was on her cellphone, but they looked like the girly type with the over sized purses and all that stuff and I said quietly to myself "Real chicks play in the sand". I chuckled and thought about it later on and said it would be so cool to have that on a shirt. I got a little behind because this all happened last summer. It actually doesn't make any sense because that's not a normal thing most girls do, but I still think it's funny Smiley

As modeled by my bed:

I wanted something cute on the back so I did a crab and a starfish (on the bottom leftside)...I hate those markers! For just about everything, except for the sentence, I had to use a sharpie because the fabric marker was too fat and it was running into the other colors. I had filled in the starfish yellow, dotted his eyes and they bled, then started on part of his outline and it bled, so then I just filled him in orange. Any way I can fix that now after it's been set and washed?

Also, for the girl in the red...she's on her phone. Should I leave that white or fill it in? And what color?

Oh I love it!!! Grin I feel like I should have put more on the front, around the top but I didn't want to draw attention to my lady lumps.  Cheesy

I also have a thing for drawing stick people.

Haha!  I love it!  I have a thing for sand.
Maybe you should do the phone in black.

I love it! and it's very true! Real chicks do play in the sand. In fact, it is just about the best thing to do at the beach apart from maybe eating ice cream.... *dreams of ice cream...*
And I love it just the way it is Smiley but if you wanted something at the top maybe you could do a little sunshine in the top right corner with some little birds flying (the type which are just like little w's or m's, so they match the stick figure people) that might be cute Smiley
awesome work though xxx

I like it when I wake up in the mornings and my first thought is "what can I make today?"

That is adorable! I think you should color the phone to make it stand out...maybe pink? Great job - so creative! And...if you would have screamed home and immediately cranked this out when it happened, it wouldn't have had time to simmer and become what you created now! Yay for you!

I WIST I had all these super cool things!

See you in the clouds, sweet little Jackson.

you should use some glitter paint for the phone. pink for sure.

my friend and i used to have a saying: "when was the last time you had sand in your shoes?" because sand in your shoes only comes from playing in playgrounds or at the beach. it was to remind us to frolic more and couch potato less.

i love your shirt. good job!

This is absolutely adorable, and it definately made me giggle!  The little starfish and crab on the back are cute, too.

If you do decide to color the phone, I'll throw in my vote for a hot pink.

Way cute!

I don't think I am...I was homeschooled, lol  Tongue

I'm thinking either pink or if I can find some silver glittery stuff for the phone. Or I could do little red dots so she's all matchy n stuff? Hahaha! I almost wanted to give one of the girls a Chihuahua for their bag  Cheesy

Thanks for all the feedback. I can't wait to prance around in this!!
