I received from my swap angel on Monday night, but because I have barely been home since then I'm only now getting around to posting a picture of what I received!

Not the greatest pic, but here are the details:

A LOLcat bag with my favorite kitteh, Monorail cat! (Other side has a LOLcat too!)
Wooden spoons with "NOM" burned into them
"NOM" beaded earrings that I have already worn once
I little keychain-ish bobble(?) with buttons and a kitteh charm on it

A big thanks to bigfatroses for stepping in and being my swap angel an especially great job because she didn't really know much about LOLcats before! (I think she's hooked now)

Yup, I'm 100% hooked to the LOLCats!  They are just one more thing I MUST look at everytime I hop online!  LOL!

I just wanted to share the pics I took- hope you don't mind bethanyjoyce  Grin  The bag is in both pics, but I wanted to be sure I got both sides in.  I put the Monorail Cat on one side since it's her favorite, and then my favorite kitteh on the other side!

I always to try to make at least one useful item for swaps.  So I thought the spoons would be fun and silly since you can make something "nommy" to eat with them  Cheesy

The earrings are pretty straight forward.

And then the cheeseburger charm...  Made with buttons.  I saw something similiar on Etsy, but someone was selling them as cheeseburger flowers.  I thought the charm (for cell phones, zippers, etc...) would be more useful this way.

when my mother woodburned spoons, she used to "foodproof" (i can't think of the right word just now) them with a foodsafe oil.  (linseed?? not sure so don't take my word for it please http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linseed_oil but it sounds foodsafe if it's also a nutritional supplement...) you might want to try that before you use them.  Just an idea (^_^)

Hi everyone!

Sorry to kick an old thread -- just wanted to thank my angel, Lunanne for sending me a terrific LOLCat package!  My first angel flaked on me and Lunanne stepped up to the plate.  THANK YOU!  Kiss Smiley

Don't have time to post pix just yet but will post very soon!

Thanks to Calliel and Lunanne for everything!

Hi! I know this swap has been over for a while, but I was cleaning my pictures folder and I found a picture of the angel package I sent to gizmonic so I thought I'd post it here.  Smiley

It's a tote, notecards, magnets and a reversable bracelet (the other side says 'orly') and a few extras.  Smiley
