My lovely artyarn supermerino finally arrived a couple of weeks ago, and after knitting on and off, I'm now at the third repeat of the straight rows.

I really like the pattern, but I'm still glad I have a couple of other projects to give me some variation. I plan to have it finished by the end of September or so, when the weather should have turned cold enough for me to wear it.

Those colors are beautiful.  Reminds me of a warm sunrise or a fruity drink...both good things to be reminded of come fall, when the weather starts to cool off!

Yep, that was the idea:) Bright, warm colours to keep my spirit up during the long, dark and cold winter months (of which there are a few too many here in Norway).

That is so pretty! The colors are so happy, like wearing a smile all winter.

Okay, I knitted a whole lot while listening to the last 120 minutes or so of Deathly Hallows... Wink
AND HERE'S HOW IT ENDS! Nah, just kidding.
But here's my progress, with my... "interesting" colorchoises. (Boyfriend doesn't like it, I'm currently enjoying that it's very different from what I'd normally do - not sure how much I like the combo in itself)

Colors are slightly washed out from the flash

I really need to pick my Clappy back up... I'm currently in the middle of trying to make the Taiwan Father's Day deadline of 8/8 of a Sudoku Afghan... It doesn't look like I'll make it... maybe i'll take a break by knitting more of the clapotis... sometimes one gets burnt out just hooking dc squares...

Melladh your colour choice reminds me of a sunset over the sea or something like that. It looks like a landscape. Smiley It's certainly a very different clapotis!
