So I decided to make a bunch of my Christmas decorations this year... 

All my patterns came from the Lion Brand Yarn website (except the tree)- I put a link to each one below.

For this I basically followed the hat pattern (in the penguin pattern).  I free-formed the star on top (sc, dc, sc in each stitch for the star's points), and made a chain of sc for the garland. 

Maybe next year I'll add a snowman or two to the group.
