I made this herb poster for the Back to Nature swap.  It's sort of patterned after those posters you see in health food stores.  I dyed the paper with black tea which really brought out the fibers in the paper to give it a more "natural" look.  I just used the 8 herbs best suited for apartment growing and did them in ink and coloured pencil. 



I wasn't totally happy with it, but it's hard to be totally satisfied with your own work!

You're great at drawing. At first i thought that you'd actually put the dried herbs onto the paper, they look so realistic and very well done  Grin

lol that surprises me, I felt that they looked a little oversimplified- but thanks, that's awesome to hear that from someone else!  I am probably being overly-critical.
