I'm doing a craft swap with a woman who has four children.  The three girls should be pretty easy as they are all under 11 and I'm comfortable with my stuffed animal making abilities.  However, she has a 12 year old son who I just can't for the life of me figure out what I should make!  I remember being 12 as feeling very adult so a stuffed animal is dismissed as being too childish.  It's a favorite color swap and she is into browns and blues, although I'm sure she'd be willing to tell me his favorite color. :]  Anyway, I'm a bit pressed for time as I'd like to sign up for a new swap so I just thought I'd throw this out here.  I can crochet, make jewelery (not so useful), do SOME sewing, decopage (sp?), mosaic, and needlepoint.  I will be asking my partner, but I'm hoping you guys have some ideas!  I'd be willing to try something new, too, if I had a tutorial.
