Hi Everyone!!
My family's large reunion is coming up in a couple of weeks, and my mom is really interested in doing stone mosaics on flower pots as a group craft. We have numerous terracotta pots, and a ton of small stones. My concern is that we don't know the best way to affix the stones to the pots. We tried liquid nails, but it looks tacky and unfinished! She also bought some quickcrete, but I think it will dry too quickly (it says 5 minutes) and people won't be able to finish their pots in time. Does anyone have a suggestion/tutorial link? I can't find a tutorial for mosaics with stone...

Thanks so much!!!

Waterproof caulk would probably work; test it before your guests arrive.  Apply a thick coat on part of the pot, add stones, repeat on next part of the pot.

You can get caulk in a lot of colors, including clear; choose one that goes with the stones, and it will look like grout.
