I've made furniture, but not full sized, doll sized.  For the last few months I have been building a doll house made almost entirely out of cardboard, furniture included.  It is pretty easy to do, just cut pieces and glue with a glue gun.  Then you paint them however you want.

I am planning to do the same, do you have any pictures of your doll funiture?

ive seen people glue down stuffing from an old pillow (or toy) to a piece of cardboard, then staple fabric onto it to make it into a decoration or a headboard for a bed or even one of those french board things.

i have like a cube in mind (like those upholstered ones that you just put your feet up on top). you could glue boxes inside each other until it seems sturdy. then glue stuffing onto the outside and staple fabric ontop. and voila.

good luck.

There is no such thing as regret. There is only a lesson learned.

Lesson learned indeed.
