So I am going to make some stuff for school next year even though school hasn't ended for me yet (tomorrow though). And I already have a few plans. So if anyone would like to join me in this mission, be my guest. You can just post what you want to make and post pretty pictures when you make them. :]

I thought I would make a Pencil Roll. Here is a tutorial: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=39903.0

And then I also wanted to make a bag to carry everything around inl I have a bag i really like but there aren't any pockets and I am kinda obcessed with pockets. So we'll see how that goes. I made a bag last year though and it turned out well, besides being monsterously huge. haha.

Yay! That makes me happy! School just got out for me and I have to actually buy fabric to make things (I like to match).

And I have to also make a pattern for my bag. :]

You can post ideas of what you want to make.

i'm so in! I always end up being so unorganized when school starts, so i could use an early start haha.

I want to make a super heavy duty (but also super cute lol) bag to carry all my stuff in. and I need a place to put the pens and pencils that i'm alwayssss losing..

I can't wait to start!

I am who I am, && your approval isn't needed. No matter how much you think it is.

I'd love to join! Cheesy

I have a lot of those cheap BIC ballpoint pens. I always end up losing them all long before the ink runs out. So I used polymer clay and made some bamboo pen covers so they'll be more interesting. Smiley

They've got a jump ring attached at one end so I can hang some other handmade charms from them. Smiley

Tutorial here:

Oh, those are cute pens.

I always buy like a whole box of those ballpoint points before school, and like you lose them before they actually run out of ink.

I think making them interesting would make me more willing to not lose them. But you might want to keep some normal ones with you too, otherwise you will be losing your pretty ones to people who also want pretty pens.  Wink

What about... on the inside, the picture with the two pockets, you actually attatch a pocket behind that which is like a shorter version of the inside lining of the bag?

Kinda like that? Only the larger pocket goes down to the bottom of the bag?

You'd just cut one shorter that the lining, attach the two pocket piece to that and then that bit to the lining?

Ohhh, that is a really good idea. I dont know if i would make the pocket go all the way down. i would have to see how big it was, cause I wouldnt want to go digging around in there. But I really like that idea, and it would look cute.

and it is a good way to add even more pockets.
