holy jeez, hippiejo! that's an awesome package! you're so lucky ckchan =) i especially love that hoodie!

i'm so happy you liked everything, ashley!! i really liked how the unicorn stationary came out too! glad you like it. i didn't even realize that i made a cheeseburger when in actuality your theme was hamburgers until you just said something, haha! and i always take the headbands outta my hair and randomly stick 'em in my hubbys! the stencil wasn't that much of a pain to cut out. it did take awhile, but well worth it!

and just gotta say thanks for the kind words! this was the first swap i organized and you all have made it super fun! i'm glad everyone's having a great time!  Grin

Oh my gosh, that stencil is amazing!  So much work!  And all the rest of the goodies are too cute!  What a great package.

Wow, that pirate ship is fantastic -- such patience to cut out that stencil!!! Was it a freezer paper stencil, MaxParadise? The Francis Unicorn incognito notecards are adorable -- very whimsical  Grin.

Just in case anyone was wondering, for that skull painting I worked from one of my own photographs of my art dept.s plastic human skull. So theres only one like Becky's in this world! Cheesy

I keep going back to look at the painting -- it's just wonderful. Skulls aren't my thing at all, but the artistry is fantastic, Carnabystreet.

The shrinky you did of the skeleton on the bike, I love how the black is sort of feathered out at the edges of the design.

I received a great package from Homerof2!  My five themes were:

1  wildflowers
2  trees in all seasons
3  great blue heron or abstract birds
4  kid crafted art, especially drawings
5  whimsical human form depictions (abstract)

Here's a picture of everything:

My almost favorite thing:  this paper suit crafted with care!  Homer made a paper suit from sheet music not too long ago that I admired and she repeated the experience in black paper embossed with silver words of inspiration!

This little beauty (theme # 2) will probably be used and abused.  I asked for a bag designed to manage computer cables when traveling.  Homerof2 built in a roomy pocket on one side (perfect for the larger odds and ends) and two smaller pockets on the inside, perfect for my mouse and USB stuff!  The zipper is heavy duty and practical!  It couldn't be more perfect!

This is my very favorite item, just because I love great blue herons so much and think this picture came out perfectly!  Homer made a beautiful pencil roll using a little photo transfer magic, great stitching and perfect fabrics!

The coasters are perfect and I will use them daily!  The zebra cross stitch is icing on the cake and is just the sort of thing that will liven up my office!

Thank you so much, Homerof2!

So glad you like everything!  It looks like the suit survived shipment.  I'm still sad I had to send the zebra away, I'm just going to have to take the time and make myself one 'cause I think he's so cute.
