okay. so ive been in this pickle since before christmas, when a friend of mine got this hoodie and in the sleeves there are these holes. and then, you do some magic and voila there are hidden mittens.. its crazy.. and i want to know how to make these.. does anyone have this hoodie that could kind of explain how it goes? or does anyone just know how to do it?? i cant even find a picture online.

My hiking thermals are like that. I am not sure if it is what you are looking for exactly, as it is only a thumb hole. The fingers are not covered, only the knuckles. I imagine you just need a shirt with some extra length in the arms. Cut a whole in the cuff on the inside seam (next to your thumb). The hole should be as close the the top of the cuff as possible b/c you want it to cover your knuckles when you pull it down. Seam the edges of the new hole to prevent fraying. Hand stitching might be easiest considering the position, if your shirt is already made/stitched up. TADA! New thumby sweatshirt/thermals, long sleeved Tshirt or whatever!

thanks for the reply..

but its actually mittens inside, they dont just cover the knuckles. they come out over the hands.. I will try and think up something and post it. I've been thinking it about it for awhile and I think i may know how it goes.
