WOW!  You did such an amazing job on this onesie!  I've been getting a little braver with the crafting...thinking I can do that...but I will never be able to paint like that!  Amazing work!

I'm not obsessed. I'm excessively enthusiastic.

This is amazing. I'll take one in 12 month size please  Wink  Totally adding this to my wist now, however, I can't free hand anything, so I need to find a template/stencil of some sort. Might be time to try that freezer paper trick.

That's brilliant. It looks just like a photo negative or an x-ray so very cool! I love the way you've made different bits highlighted looks very 3D. How did you do different bits lighter than others, did you you just put more beach on the 'highlights'? Excellent job, would look cool on a monkey or chihuahua too (I don't know any babies!) x Grin

i just kept layering bleach and blasting it with a blowdryer. the blowdryer would make it dry quite pale and prevent it from spreading too much, so it worked well for highlights. the paler areas were allowed to dry naturally (for a while anyway, i'm impatient!).

i can't really make a tute - there isn't much to say! i just sketched with chalk, then used a paintbrush and a 1-1 solution of bleach and water. i just kept layering and experimenting and using my blowdryer till it looked right, and then when i was satisfied, i washed it in the sink and hung it to dry Smiley oh - be sure to put lots of newspaper inside the onesie so that your bleach doesn't get on the back! you're bound to get a few splotches here and there since you cant really wipe up drips, but it seems to still work with the concept ^_^

That's awesome! It really looks professional. It's amazing what you can do with bleach. Great job.
