Just wanted to say wow to all the buttony craftsters! And also a big thanks to Littlegirlblue, for sending me an awesome package and for posting some photos - sadly my grandad died last week so I've not been around very much.

Here are a couple of extra pics.

This shows the best bracelet ever, made from amazing buttons which has been much admired, the lovely rose earings (I have a bracelet with a large white rose that's a very similar design) and a button stamp.

and here are my buttons.

I've not posted bag pictures again but it's perfect for keeping in my handbag for shopping emergencies!

Thanks again to Littlegirlblue and to Serendipity_Sarah for organising this.

so tacky its classy

so sorry to hear about your grandad. when feeling sad, run your fingers through your newly acquired buttons, should cheer you up a bit. i can't get over how cute those rose earrings are.

I heart my duplicate daughters

Same goes for me, my condolences on the loss of your grandad.

Everything looks luscious...I simply must have a button stamp of my own!

Ok, here is what I got from Kurtzie!

Some sweet notecards made with rubberstamps, including a button image:

Bracelet, key chain, and pin that says "dream" on it which I love but unfortunately a couple of the buttons fell off but I can fix that!
Fimo covered tin full of buttons, including some she made from clay!
Check out those impossibly tiny ones above the bracelet!

Thank you, Kurtzie, I love everything and I apologize for the lousy pictures - I need a sunny day to get things to look right, and the weather is just not cooperating!  (and some photography skills would be nice too but I can't blame that on the weather) Smiley

here are some pics from the awesome package I received from eye_on_sparrow (I feel like what I sent to her was so insignificant compared to the wonderful stuff she sent me)
Two little zippered pouches made from button fabric (who would have thought button fabric), two brooches with buttons in the middle (which I think are made from fringe),an adorable little button dude (that I have hung from the chandelier in my bedroom that the cat keeps trying to jump up and get), a wonderful button necklace (that I wore to work today and have already gotten a dozen complements on) and bracelet and a HUGE bag of buttons!

And some closeups
Beautiful button bracelet

The button dude

The necklace

and the buttons

Once again, Thank you so much Leesa, this was one of the best packages i have ever received! A++++++++ swapper!
