Love your outfits but I made the twirly skirt from houseonhillroad and it turned out soooo big for my grandbaby.  I think I did not read the directions right or something.  So the width was 19w X 9L that just didn't make since to me.  So I cut it
9W x 19l which is why I think the one I made was sooo big.  I will have to post it.  I am going to just cut the seam where the tie goes through and make it smaller ( I think).  Anyway at least someone follwed the instructions. Embarrassed
