this was a uni group assessment we did

our task was to recycle jeans to make a vest. the jeans we used were a really light blue so they have been dyed and then we designed the vest we wanted to make. i love the vest!!!

oh and we decided on a glam rock look for the vest (our design brief was that it was being displayed at a craft fair and it needed embelishment - our group went for functional embelishments along with decorational)

i hope u love it as much as me...

this is one of the working pictures - you can see here how we fitted the garment and the colour of the jeans prior to dyeing.

*this was an accidental effect but i loved it because it added to the look of the vest

I don't have a facebook account and really don't want one. Is there any other way I can see the pictures? I'm REALLY interested in seeing how the vest turned out!

There is a way to link directly from the picture...what you should do is right click on the picture and click copy image location. Then paste that link to craftster instead of the link to the page.

Really, all I look forward to in a marriage is the engagement ring and the honeymoon. Oh, and I guess the hubby.

sorry guys it worked previously without having to log in. i will upload the photos in that case, i'd just had them in an album for uni classmates to look at.

ahhhhhh i see it now! i likes it a lot Cheesy i might make one myself Cheesy the frills arent really what im into, but it sits well with the top, and i love the little pocket Cheesy the back is really cute too! good job!
