(here is my repost)

Ok I guess I get to be the first to unveil my "Hooker Swap" bundle of joy.  I just went outside to check the mail, figureing there would be just the usual bill and low and behold what did my eyes see but a beautiful packing waiting for me (thanks mr. mailman for leaving it in the rain), but she was unharmed and here are the pictures of my wonderful package (cat you out did yourself)

Everything wrapped up so pretty for me(my daughters hand as you can see trying to get at them)

All my goodies (kids again trying to get into pic)

My eldest daughter has already tried to take my bag

So many ideas of what to make with this yarn Smiley

Cat you really outdid yourself, sorry for so many pics but I was just so happy, I love the magazines also, I am going to sit down with my morning coffee tomorrow and ready all of them (if again the kids allow) Cat YOU ROCK

Oooohhh!  I received my package today!  I am soo happy!  Thank you so much Shoegirl!   Smiley

Everything is just perfect!  Here's the whole lot:

A close up of the pretty tote bag:

Here are all of the hooks she sent, I'm really excited about the bamboo ones, I have one now and I love how it feels when I use it.

She crocheted me a washcloth, in the most pretty colors.  It reminds her of the Gulf, and I think I agree!  I love using handmade washcloths.

Shoegirl sent two nice cotton yarns, a pretty blue and one called Putty. Smiley

I also got a cool recycle bag and a booklet on felting crochet.

I love it all, thank you so much Shoegirl!

LOL. I just realized that there was a gallery thread now. I'm so glad you liked everything lootyaj. Hooks are my favorite thing to buy. It seems like I can never have enough of them because I am always losing them or I will have a couple of projects going and I might need two of the same size.

I've got a hook and I'm not afraid to use it.

Lootyaj: Those bamboo hooks look like they'll be wonderful to work with! Nice package, shoegirl!

the hooks are nice to work with. i have two or three of them that I love using and the best part is that is that if you drop them down the couch they are a lot easier to find because of the bamboo handles.

Shoegirl, they are a lot easier to find if dropped, that is definitely is a plus.

cat9:  My hands have started cramping up, but I've found that having a fatter, warmer handle helps. Smiley  I love my new hooks!
