I love the photos!  That ball band looks hard!  Is it?
The bath poof is so fun to make!  If you use a smaller needle, and put about 30 loops, then 5 DC on each, you can make a kid sized one...   here is the link to the pattern...

I am so glad you liked it all... I am still making cloths.. I may have to join the 50 washcloths in a year.. I am at 12 now!

Nope! It's sooooo easy! It's just a matter of slipping the long one every time. It looks scary, I know (that's why I avoided it for so long), but after doing a couple repeats, it makes total sense and you'll never need the pattern again!

I will have to see if I can hunt up a pattern.. I made a few new ones.. but I do have a favorite~
If (again, BIG IF) I try it, I'll let you know!

Kell asked me to post pictures of what I sent her because she can't find her camera.  I don't have a group shot, but I sent her...

...a ballband dishcloth
...an owl dishcloth
...a crocheted bookmark
...and a mouse
This was a super fun swap! I tried out the ballband pattern for the first time, and now I'm totally addicted!  (I've made the owl dishcloth a few times before, but the pattern is impossible to memorize, so it doesn't get as many fun-points.)

Thanks for posting the pictures!!  And that mouse picture is so cute, I would have never thought of doing something like that!  And that bookmark is amazing, I really don't have the patience for thread crochet.

I hope you get your package soon!

Him: I think we've been on the same page for a while now.
Me: What if we're on the same page, but in different books?

I got my dishcloths from IamSusie today! I love the colors, they match my bathroom perfectly. I had thought about trying the ballband pattern myself for this swap. She included two adorable scrubbies, and some little shampoos. I love everything Smiley

I absolutely recommend the ball band pattern.  I thought it would be very complicated but it was super easy and I memorized it very quickly.

I'm not a part of this swap because I didn't have the time, but I really love all the dishcloths here.  I am especially in love with the ballband cloths and especially the color combinations of the most recent two.  I still have yet to do a ballband cloth.  I'll get there.  I have momentarily abandoned knitting, but not for long.
