i am curious what is the I for Ice made from??  it really does look like cracked ice

It's scrapbooking paper covered in PVA (white) glue, then a couple layers of Embossing Liquid medium, and then put into the freezer, and "Cracked". I used glue first so that the paper itself wouldn't break after all that other stuff was put on it. You can use embossing powder and a heat gun to get a similar effect too, it's just that the medium was WAAAY cheaper!
