Time to finally post some of the stuff I've been making, and I'm now noticing that most of it is purple.  Sorry for the bad photos- my camera is old, I'm not very good at photography, the lighting is bad, and I'm using a mirror.

Anyway, first off, kitty hat with really big ears:

And a wrap skirt I made from a vintage sari and some crepe-back satin:

Fleece kitty scarf, from Aranzi Aronzo's Cute Stuff:

Maneki neko cameo necklace:

Hydrangea fascinator:

Whew, and I just bought more purple fabric to make into a sundress and cuffs.  I'm trying to get something besides black into my wardrobe, as my friends recently joked about how my closet is almost completely filled with black, and they were right....

Anyway, thanks for looking and I'll try to get some people to model my things for me and use a better camera next time!

I like the hat & scarf!!!  Theyd look sooo cute worn together.  Me, Id go with black with hint of blue.  But, purple is good too!!! Grin

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

I'm addicted to DDR. I need a 12-step program.

I like the scarf - I've always liked Aranzi Aranzo stuff. Smiley

Where did you get the maneki neko cameo? I want one really bad now!!

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

Thanks for the comments!  I love cats, as you all can probably see.  Orrkid, I got the cameo from www.ozzybeads.com, they have them in a couple different colours.
