I made this for my mom and now I can't wait to make my own:) I was very inexpensive and fun to make, but VERY time consuming...

I got the idea from here: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=242194.0

This is a before picture of my pile of supplies, including diet coke and i-pod:):

During construction:

The Finished Product:

close up of the steps, and the walkway(my favorite:) i love the green beads and "grass":

I used only materials I found in the walking trails near my house and at the beach. and with a GLUE GUN. First I bought some terrible Dollarama super-glue (don't ever trust it).the only thing it bonded "instantly" was my skin. glue guns work the best for this type of thing, but careful not to burn yourself:(
I bought 2 bags of earth from the dollarstore and a plastic tub for $3.
fill the bottom with rocks first for drainage, and then put in the dirt. BUilt your fairy house then i add some flowers.
simple. fun. and cute.
let me know what you think!

Oh, man. I never should have looked at this.
Because now I'm going to have to make one for the little girl I babysit for (she's obsessed with fairies) for fun. XD

It's fantastic, by the way!

Awwww, this is so cute and a wonderful Mother's day gift.  I love how you glued the sticks together too.
