Ok so i got this idea after looking at the guidelines page for this challenge waiting for my comp to show the pics when i see mark monatano's lamp that says starburst so i thought hey that would be a good idea, then the picture loaded and i saw it was made out of straws so i was excited hoping it would be a new idea no one had done. So i tried to figure out what to put it on and i was in my room and saw my boring sad paper lanterns and thought hey that'd be pretty stinking sweet so i went out and got some stuff, definitely had to make multiple trips to get stuff not realizing how many wrappers this endeavor would take.

     * 4 bags of starburst candies (1st trip) 88 candies in each bag
     * 2 massive bags of starburst economy style 250 or so in each (2nd and 3rd trip)
     * a lot of time mostly spent at school when i should have been paying attention and doing homework Cheesy
     * a halloween lantern with light included waiting to be killed >Smiley
     * sore fingers and hands ( I'll probably end up with arthritis because of this) oh well
     * Styrofoam balls and paint

So for those bored by my rambling (it's late and i just had some soda Cheesy)

So all in all theres 824 wrappers and I think I might add some more to make it look fuller haven't decided yet heres a pic of just one bag on my floor, i had fun throwing them around and playing in them Cheesy

When they were all folded together it ended up measuring 17 feet
     this is a pic of me on my roof this is before i added two more feet its pretty crazy

Seeing as i had maybe saved the environment from some wrappers but probably added worse with all the bags i had i cut one of the label thingy's off and stuck it on

I had to hand sew all of the starbursts onto the lantern that was annoying but glue wasn't working very well and hot glue would just melt it so this seemed right. It was hard to get the right colors of paint I'm not very satisfied with the red stupid bottle lied grrrrrr but it's ok. There really is a light inside but I couldn't get a pic i tore the paper lantern part off of one that runs on battery's the light's not very bright so it's really cool looking but my camera fails at life and hates me so it didn't want to take a picture of the awesomeness.

And another picture from a semi cool but not very cool angle

thanks to everyone who ate my starbursts i think i will bleed starburst colors from now on and people have started calling me starbust lady at school but only cause they're jealous of my mad skills son! ok I'm going to stop rambling now. hope you guys like show your appreciation Grin if you know what I mean

Wow. I love that. I get called "Recycle Girl" at my school because I recycle everything I possibly can.
