I've been really impressed with the stamps and prints i've seen on here, so since it's finals time, I am crafting away instead of studying.  Here's a couple that I carved from those easy cut soft blocks:

this one is my favorite.  It's of a little town in Switzerland that I went to on a study abroad a few years ago.  I made copies for the other girls I went there with too. it's a 4x6"

this guy is pretty small.  just about 3 inches

this one is 4x4"

Oooh! I love that rabbit! It's Cheesy sort of creepy but cute at the same time, great job on all of them for your first try!

Hey Fiber People: I am very interested in personal swaps for painted/dyed roving or top. I can swap supplies or crafted items. Let's talk!

I'm addicted to DDR. I need a 12-step program.

Tentacles!!!

*ahem*

The first one is amazing, I love the second one, and the third one...well, who doesn't love tentacles? Grin

I bow to your skills and your patience. Smiley

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

your favourite is my favourite, too! Cheesy  really, i love the first one. it's so simply cut, yet so amazingly realistic in a way

i love the bunny and the tentacles as well

i did linoleum blocks a few times in school, i wish i had access to a press to do some of these now. Smiley

we will arise from the bunkers,
by land, by sea, by dirigible
we'll leave our tracks untraceable now

These are gorgeous!  I love the rabbit - it's face is striking.  It would look great in a tiny, ornate frame.

Those are so amazing. I tried something like that at an art class, and even though I did a simple line drawing, it looked messy and bad. Yours are beautiful.

Wow! This is your first try. Amazing. My first try(ies, hehe) turned into and indecipherable, inky mess... Good job! My favorite has to be the rabbit.

Great start! I especially like the octopus! The Swiss town is lovely.
