There's a shop on Etsy that bakes cupcakes in glass jars and ships 'em all over the place. I recently bought some from her and she shipped to my brother in Cali for his birthday Smiley The address is fatdaddybakeshop.etsy.com. She currently has her items down, but you can see what different kinds of cupcakes she makes in her "Sold" items.

I don't know if you could actually bake them in the glass, maybe bake a sheet cake and cut out a piece to fit in the jar, then ice it and put the lid on?

By the way, cupcakeaccessories is an awesome organizer and an amazing crafter Grin

I used to bake my ex-husband cakes in a jar and send them to Iraq.   Did a layered one by cooking the cake in a very well cleaned tuna can, and then squeezed the cooked cake into the Mason jar, did a layer of icing, then more cake, etc....

FUN!   Grin
