That is so lovely! I've always wanted to try something like this, was it terribly difficult? I've seen various tutorials on making molds of your hands but they always used plaster which is considerably less durable than ceramic. Did you fire it in a kiln? Sorry, I'm just so curious! Great job though, I'm sure you mom will love it. Cheesy

It wasnt difficult at all, i already posted a little howto a few posts earlier, the ceramic powder is quite cool stuff, you mix it with water, then 20 minutes later it becomes warm, and another 10 minutes later it's hard like rock and you can take it out of the mold. And it's not too expensive (this was another important factor for me, since im still going to university...), it's 6 euros here in Germany, so maybe 8-9 dollars for the powder
