Wildness is a necessity

I found a great waffle jacket for cheap!  So I cut the sleeves short and then added some gray t-shirt material to the bottoms to make the sleeves elbow length (which is great because I always end up rolling my sleeves up there anyway.) Then i embellished it a little with some great  buttons.

Now it is my spring and summer jacket

My crafting buddy had the great idea to put buttons on the zipper pull too!

cute as. the idea for the button on the zip was really good. it ties it all in nicely  Smiley

i always roll my sleeves up to there too! i complain that i don't have any long sleeve shirts so make sure that i go out and buy some then i can't last more then two hours before i have them pulled up to my elbows... so i should have just bought that length in the first place. I like the tshirt material acting as a cuff on the sleeve *steals idea*
