So I'm not really sure how.. but somehow i bought probably d ouble the amount of fabric i needed? i swear i bought what the pattern called for.. but i could make probably 3 more bathing suits out of what i have left over!

I used McCall's 5400
anyway.. here we go..
I hope no one is offended by these picutres.. the suit does not look normal when just laid out on the ground!
(oh yeah and the top has ruffles on the inner edge.. you cant really tell in the pictures)

sorry there isn't a full body shot.. I can't take pictures of myself very well.. so I just used my webcam! Maybe I'll upload better pictures later

Currently taking a hiatus from swapping.  Sad

Well i made a suit last year.. and it turned out OKAY.. but this is my second time using it and for some reason it wasn't as bad this time! It turned out a lot better, I'm not sure if that is because of experience.. or because I just wasn't trying to rush through it this year!

That is a gorgeous suit and it looks fab on you!  Those bum ruffles are too cute and I think the metallic stripe is perfect.  Cheesy

On me, that suit would frighten people  Grin

That suit totally rocks!!!! I love the fabric and especially the ruffles! I have a top that have ruffles on the bust and I love it! I fits you wonderfully also! Great job! Grin

Okay so once again I am completely redoing my pictures. Got tired of photobucket, the only reason I used it was for here so I decided I will just use Craftster's photo uploader. So while I am switching over my photo links will be broken. Message me if there is a post you would like the pics for.

OK, new rule-  beautiful women with gorgeous bodies are from now on only allowed to post pics of themselves in mumus, terry cloth housecoats, and their grandmas voluminous cotton panties.

(BTW, nice job, gorgeous suit, this rocks!!!)

my body is more disproportionate than anything!

As far as bathing suits go..
I always have to buy/make
XL tops and XS bottoms

haha I'm so screwed up!
