ok, i was so inspired by all the other envelope-making craftsters that i made some of my own! here they are. i used some old Living magazines.

I realise it's probably easy enough to figure this out for myself, but could someone please give a tutorial on how to make them?
I'm completely inept when it comes to paper construction shapes, I could just about make a box, but an envelope seems far tooo much of a stretch of imagination.

PS they are very cool and this is why i would like to learn

It's loads of fun, just deconstruct an existing envelope. Use it as a pattern. Show everybody your fabulousness!

thanks guys! here is a tutorial in case anyone is confused.

Materials: magazine page, lining paper, glue, scissors, pencil (or pen), and envelope.


#1. rip apart an envelope and trace it onto your magazine page.



#2. glue your magazine page to your lining paper (construction paper) and cut it out.


#3. Fold all of your sides in.


#4.glue the left and right sides together


#5. glue the bottom to the left and right glued sides, and you're done!





if you want a specific thing to be on the envelope front you will have to do it like this:
