wow, gorgeous!  I love the mirror accents.

That's pretty! I don't think my boy would let me paint the bedroom black - he'd say it would look too "goth" (although there's nothing wrong with that.) I should show him this picture and prove to him just how classy and pretty it can look!

That is stunning. Such a classy romantic vibe too. I've always like the idea of a black gloss on black matte stripe wall treatment.

I have a purple black and white themed room.. I've always wanted a chandelier and so you've inspired me to do it! It's so rad! : ) Great room! : )

I see a red room and I want to paint it black... *humms* I would like to see some before-pics, but I admire your result already!

I never would have thought that a black wall would look so nice but it does.  Nice work.  I look forward to reading your blog.

Great job!  We painted my son's room black a few years ago, and a few weeks ago I asked him if I could change it - yep, I'm one of those people that believe in the ever evolving decorating - but he said 'No Way!'

Bravery is rewarded!  Too bad your yellow dream was crushed by popularity (isn't that the way?), but now you can add any color accents and change them up when you feel like it. Keep sharing as it progresses, please!

EDIT - OMG!  Now I totally want to see your ceiling painted some intense accent color!  I'm a sucker for an interesting ceiling, even though my body disagrees during the process.

Your room looks absolutely gorgeous!! As someone else has said, I never knew black walls could look so stunning. You have done an amazing job!! It makes me not so afraid of painting a large area in black, and I'd have to say that if anyone ever told me that they were afraid of doing something like that, I'd have to show them the pictures of your room immediately.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Lastly, I have to say that your room looks so sexy and romantic - something I didn't expect from a room so dark in color. It's just awesome. 'Nough said. (lol, I say that AFTER I've gone on for a paragraph... Roll Eyes )
