I made this book for a special baby named August. I was inspired by a lot of these books on craftster, but used the binding tutorial from this lovely project: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=211040.20

I sewed the whole thing by hand because I wasn't used to using felt on my machine, but I really like the homemade look it has. Since the pages include sewed-on buttons, I did tell the mom to only use the book together with the baby for safety (I've read these warnings on other posts).

Oh, I love it!!!  I love the improvement on the spine!  (I don't know if I like that my stitching showed).  But hands down my favorite are the pictures!  The unicorn!  The buttons!  The detail!  Awesomeness!!!
