Here are the two blocks I did last week.  They are the same block from a quilting book I got from the library.  The quilt they are from is called Americana so I suppose that might also be the name of the block.  I did both of the men's blocks first because I thought this was a "manly" block.  But what do I know?

For MissDisney:

For mimiw (yes, there is a small wet spot on it):

Obviously they need to be trimmed down.  Hope you like them ladies!

We are in the process of switching over to cloth diapers.  Would love some advice, hint, tips.   Will swap for diapers!

I'm trying to upload some pics and or links from photobucket  I hope this works

First up is meganlorraine--I just couldn't slice and dice those cute little critters so I "framed" them

next is Audrey--At first I wasn't sure what to do with her fabric since all the colors didn't  "match".  Non-matching colors is WAY out of my comfort zone.  But I let the fabric "talk" to me and this is what I came up with...  I swear it's square in real life, it's a wee bit distorted in this pic

I believe this one is for critterpants.  I'm still adjusting my sewing machine so my seams were a tiny bit bigger than 1/4 inch so I added the boarders and I really think it looks like it was supposed to be there in the first place.

This next one is for Jamie U. (her 3-d name I don't have her craftster name in front of me as I type this).  This was another set of fabric that was a challenge for me because of the large print.  I just bit the bullet and did it and I LOVE the result.

Wow, ajanderson78, I love the block you made for me.  It has so many little pieces.  Yipee!  All of the squares are looking so great! Cheesy
