Aww thank you Smiley <3 I'm glad you all like them. I'll be posting some new bits up some time soon!
I have been so busy these past few months that i haven't had the time to get tutes up... but as the winter months kick in i won't be doing as much, so I'm hoping to have some time to do some of your requests for tutes Smiley

Ohhh yumm! The tea looks awesome, the chocolates amazing, and I adore those donuts. Finding a talent like this at a younger age brings attention to your work, both negative and positive. I, too, am jealous of your mad-food-crafting skills. You totally rock!

Gotta jump in to the cre8tivity issue!

Saw an artist at a pretty large holiday fair in San Francisco last year.  It was a couple who "created" polymer clay faeries, etc.  They were very beautiful, and I mentioned that I might have seen their website.  The woman replied that they didn"t have a website, and only sold at these fairs.

My point is, they obviously were copying from someone else.  In this time of the internet, it is almost impossible to not get copied if you have a good idea.  Sculpture itself is imitation of something real.  The finished product is the artist's interpretation.

I made my daughter a pair of earrings she saw on Fred is Red (for a fraction of the price).  She complained that she could see my fingerprints in the clay.  That was my mark.  Something you wont get from China! Grin
