I can't go without my coffee - and, I can't stop making coffee cup cuffs! I've done them in knit and crochet - but, still, my favorite are sewn/quilted. Today, I decided to make a couple more (maybe for gifts - maybe for myself - who knows). At any rate, I love how they came out.

The first is also freezer stenciled. I stenciled a treble clef on it in purple.

The second is actually my favorite. It has a different lining fabric. I love the contrast of the black and pink (sorry, I know the pictures aren't the greatest.

Both have a fun fir type yarn couched onto the edging to finish them off. I think that they turned out pretty cute.

can those go in the wash?

i am just imagining klutzing some coffee onto that nice fringy edge... ok that is what would happen if these were MY coffee cuffs.  but most people are more coordinated....

I will test one out - but, given the supplies, I can't imagine why they couldn't!  Stay tuned - I'm going to wash one to see how it goes!!! Wink

Well - I did a wash test and it washed up just fine.  I'd say, as long as you use a yarn that the label says is washable (and was as it states), you should be fine (as long as you have it well tacked on the edge).
