Hi all,
I had these fabrics left over from other projects and decided to try a patchwork bag.  I made it big enough to carry regular purse-stuff plus stuff for my twins (sippys, snacks, extra pants, etc.) because I didn't want a regular diaper bag.  The boys think it's way cool.

Thanks for looking!

How cool!  I love your flaming pirates - totally great name for the bag, even though the pirates themselves are not really flaming.  Looks great and what a fun way to use up scraps.  I am considering venturing into the land of quilting to use up my scraps . . . Don't know if I'll actually do it though, as I'm a bit more into the instant gratification that comes from more quickly completed projects . . . I just might have to steal this idea from you! Wink

Yes, this is great!  I have been searching for ideas for a patchwork bag.  I needed inspiration on color/fabric ideas.  You will definitely get compliments on your bag!  It is cool!
