I took my friend to the dollar store with me to help brainstorm and we came up with this.

We started with these items (except my shoe)

Here are the in progress photos:

Another view....

Ta-Da!!!

I'm really pleased with the way it came out. I've already started throwing my loose change in it. I like the top open so I can lok for quarters to do my laundry with.

Hope you enjoyed my first ever entry!!!

I always saw those little containers at the dollar store and thought they were useless, but apparently not!  Cheesy Good use of dollar store finds! But I just don't know how you managed to ruin those FAB glasses to go towards your project and not wear them instead. GEEZ!  Tongue Wink

What a great idea, seriously, I have change all over my carpet and I never remember it until the vacuum finds it...you could market these!  I love it!

I bought a bunch of these containers at Valentine's day, but have yet to use them. Great idea. Thanks.

We're on craftster because we love to create. Why should we settle for what we currently are?

What a great idea!!  All my lose change goes toward my hobbies and this is much nicer than the ugly vase I'm using.  Will have to make one soon.

THANKS!
