Other night, for dinner I took pre-made hamburger patties, and thought....what can I do besides burgers??? So I sauteed onion slices in margerine, until soft, and added some minced garlic, and finally the patties...I was thinking patties with onions and maybe some gravy.....BUT NO!  Shocked Shocked Shocked I tossed in a handful of leftover chopped green peppers, and cooked that while I made some rice. Twenty five minutes later, after throwing in some Teriyaki Sauce(basting sauce and the thinner kind of teriyaki sauce)......it got thicker as it cooked and made the meat all tender and delicious.

It was like Teriyaki Beef with rice and vegetables and it was super yummy!

One moment can change everything!

Live your life to the fullest every day!

Let your past remain behind you as you look forward to the future!

I make something similar from ground beef bread crumbs and soy sauce.  I also add some ground ginger.  It seems that you've taken it a step further.  Sounds great!!!

Coming from Hawaii...you can never go wrong with Teriyaki sauce!
And it does thicken so a little goes a long way, especially if you use as a marinade instead of a condiment. Mmmmm....

Sounds tasty, although ever since the long-lasting super chewy Teriyaki Beef Bites of my middle school days I have been wary of anything with Teriyaki and beef in the title, lol!
