thats really cute! you can poke a hole through its tale ( Shocked ) and bead some strings through so you can carry it around whereever! i love it! how much was the little doll? and also, did you just cut the head right off and sew the inside? how do you get the head to stick back on? Im sorry for all the questions but its simply adorable and i just made an account today and so seeing all these cool stuff is s o overwhelming i want to make them all even though I never made anything in my entire life Smiley

Oh my goodness this is so cute and clever!  I definitely need to do this so I'll actually keep track of my USB drives.  Love it!

Little stuffed animal (IKEA 0,35)
USB drive (5,- - .,-)
Needle to melt holes
Needle and thread to sew
Pair of scissors

Step 1:
Start with preparing the animal.
You have to cut of the head the animal with a pair of scissors and pull some of the inside out to make some space for the USB drive.

Step 2:
Than prepare the USB drive.
Melt with a hot needle some holes in the edge of the USB drive. Care for the inside of the drive. To heat the needle use a cork to put the needle in en stitch the needle in a very hot (gas) flam

Step 3:
Now put the USB drive into the body of the animal and the other part into the head. Fix the USB drive to the animal with needle and threat. Pull the needle a couple of time across the animal. Fold the cuted edges a little inside when sewing the holes at the edge.

Step 4:
The finishing touch.
for example:
- put a ring to the tale.
- to prevent you lose his head, you can put a wire between the two parts. (I did this after I made the pictures)

I love all these usb animals.  They're so cute!  Smiley

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.
