this is my second time trying this pattern. it's mccall's m5531. i didn't line it this time because it's fleece on the inside. the sweat pant fleece material was a dollar a yard at wal-mart! i'm am very unhappy to say that my wal-mart got rid of it's fabric section. did this happy to all wal-marts? Huh anyway, here is my spring jacket!

inflated (compliments of the wind!)  Cheesy

i saw the preview for the hills from the corner of my eye.. i thought maybe i saw someone on there that had a coat with a bow on the back? maybe i'm imagining this.. i'll have to watch it to see. well, i was thinking of adding a de-tachable bow to the back!

Yes, Lauren from the Hills had a cute bow on the back . It was superawesome. I think it would make your already awesome jacket that much more awesome.

Everyone's a photographer.

So cute! I would love one of those! But I'm sure it would look much cuter on you than me since you always seem to look so cute in your photos! Cheesy

What a cute coat! I love the shape and the color. Very spring-y. Sad to say, my local Wal-marts are also getting rid of their fabric and notions. I am not sure why, but it sucks.  Cry

I have many crochet and plastic canvas booklets/leaflets from the 70's, 80's, and 90's that I am interested in trading for a variety of items. PM me if you would like a list of what I have.

That jacket is so cute and fits you so nicely! I have been planning on making a similar spring jacket for months - I've been putting it off because I wasn't planning on using a printed pattern and was nervous about drafting my own. However it just snowed six more inches so I guess I have a little time, and if all else fails I could use this pattern!
