Hi everyone, I'm really proud of this bag despite my inexperience and all the screw-ups, so I thought I'd post it. It was mailed to my partner in the recent art nouveau swap, and it's art nouveau--kind of. It was my first time doing applique and only my second clutch, so there are some interesting quicks about it, first and foremost of which is it's accidental asymmetry. Anyway, I love the fabrics and colors and I think I'm going to keep working on this technique. Any comments/criticisms are very much welcome.

Cheers! Smiley

Do you say 'yes' to a single desire? Oh, my friends, then you say 'yes' to all pain.

Hi Hun,

What a great clutch.....What did your swap partner think of it?  Hopefully now I've made a comment about your handiwork, others will follow suit.

You're gamer than I am, I've got stuff here to do applique with, BUT it'll sit there for a while longer, till I build up the courage!

Keep up the good work, and don't forget to post pics whenever you complete stuff.
