hey, Thanate was the shrinky dink done with fabric paint?

It's just normal shrink stuff, actually; colored pencil on the backs and super permanent marker on the shiny side.  Except that when I got the package of shrinky dinks, I read all the instructions, and the last quarter of them were all about shrink plastic fusion, and it sounded pretty cool.  And since CamOovas was a huge fan of glass fusion, I figured I'd give that a try and see if it didn't give something of the same feel.  I'm planning on putting it up on the jewelry board in the next few days, if you want to read all about the details.

And for the record, that bag was the first thing I've made for a swap that I not just thought was pretty cool, but kind of regretted sending.  Guess I'll have to make one for me.  Smiley

After looking at the bag by Thanate I'm worried that my partner won't like the one I'm working on. Mine's really huge, but I'm not great at sewing.  Cry

I'm afraid the shape of mine may seem akward.

Wow so here's the super cool package that was crafted for me by....... Talyra!!

Excellent needle felting kit so that I can make (or try to) my very own needle felted husky, I loooooove huskies, yey Cheesy  Complete with felty stuff, instructions with lots of piccies, some needles in cool needle cushion chappies!

Some cool naturey wrist warmers, they'll keep my arms nice and warm in the office in winter, my seat is next to the window and there's a huge draft that comes in.

Fantastic vine votive candle holders (oooh and seriously the most gorgeous smelling candles!!!) that Talyra hand-painted

Earrings inspired by some on my wist

Wow, see the gorgeous necklace she made me!!  Inspired by one in my wist that I love but wouldn't fit my fat neck.

and with the matching earrings.

And lastly we have Arnold, the freaky headed dog!!!  How gooooorgeous is he, I love him, he's settled in nicely and will be coming to bowling to support our pairs league team (it's like an initiation for plushies in our house!) this evening Cheesy

Sorry for the total overload in photos, but I couldn't miss anything out!!
Thanks soooo much Talyra Wink

Well heck, FruityLoops, I'm just glad you're happy with it all. Cheesy The needle felting instructions really are an essay... hope they are still reasonably clear and not too mind boggling!

Aria is particularly pleased to see Arnold looking so happy in his new home. I'm sure his stupid grin is even wider than when I sent him Grin
