hey all
i had a lot of fun creating this bag. i modeled it after a standard tote bag & just increased the dimensions.....i hate when my grocery bag doesn't have enough room for everything in one trip. SO this one should do the trick......

very simply design. the bottom piece is a rectangle, the front & back are 2 equal rectangles, & the straps  & pocket's bottom seams are connected at the seams between the front/bottom & back/bottom pieces.  the straps are top stitched on & in turn this stitches the sides pocket.  this didn't have to be lined, but i did for good measure. you could easily hem the top of the bag, but make sure you do it before you top stitch the straps

1 of 2 pockets (the other is plain)

hugs everyone! spring will be here soon!!!!

dance through your days........
