Thanks again for everyone !

Discs with the photos don't have polymer clay , only I coverded with clay   first disc and last disc . I put on disc  peace of glass (from photoframe ) , so I could see through glass a  disc ( i need it for know right size of cover I am going to make ). Then decorate with polymer clay right on glass , bake ( together with glass),  after  clay cool down take off cover from glass  and glue on  first cardboard disc .
Every disc has the hole and they attach together by decorative rope.
I baked photos with clay before ( when I was working with photocollages ), and for good result , before baking , photo need to glue on surface  (  on clay  or  on wood )by Liquid Clay
