My dear boyf and I have just completed our first collaborative project, based on an Instructable he found.

But first, let me take you on a trip back to childhood.

Remember this?

I sure as hell do! I've spent most of February watching Sesame Street Old School, and I just HAD to make a pinball clock of my very own.

And here it is, slightly larger:

This clock is now #2 in the order of my affections. I love it more than anything in the world except for Nick Cave. My boyf is currently at #3 - but considering the work he put into correcting the clockface to make it as authentic as possible, he deserves to be spot #1.

The hands are a little wrong - the SStreet song has the hour hand on top of the minute hand, but apparently clocks just aren't made that way. We're thinking of maybe swapping the colours over, maybe resizing the hands as well. I should also remove the second hand, but I haven't yet.

Tell me what you think!!

Wow- that's awesome.  I loved Sesame Street when I was little.  It's odd though, eh.  Your clock is really good.

Ha ha! That's awesome!  The pinball countdown was my favourite part of sesame street and I've just introduced my (almost) three year old nephew to it so he goes around humming/singing it too.  Excellent work.  I love that you got the colour scheme so right.
