I've asked this question a few months back but I am sure that my request got lost with all the compliments of the beautiful dresses that were made.

My only question is:

for the circle skirt, what was the dimension of the inner circle (that you would step into)?

I made a lovely dress and it looks real HOOCHIE MAMMA because I was unsure how much to cut out.

I understand the instructions otherwise (thanks rostitch!)

Can someone please help me so that I can wear it this spring?

Well, what I did was dust off the high-school math skills. You know... circumference equals diameter times pi. My waist is 43", so 43=3.14*d.....43/3.14=13.69....round to 13.7, divide by 2 to get a radius of 6.85......subtract .625 (5/8) for seam allowance..... 6.225 or just over 6 1/4..... make it 6 to account for stretch.... fold your fabric in half or in quarters and use a ruler to mark this radius (straight out from the center point) and cut along that line.

Well...... It worked for me. Smiley
