My first ever attempt at home-made lip balm. My friend didn't believe me today when I said I could hand-make a coloured lip balm that smelled yummier and was pounds cheaper than hers (5 lip balm! Ridiculous).

I mixed a nearly full pot of vaseline, a full teaspoon of gloopy honey and a lump of my sparkly red lipstick.
This was a variation from a version I got the idea from on here...which said to add colouring but I replaced this with lipstick (as I had no colouring!) which I think probably gives it more colour and a slight sparkle - as mine was sparkly red.
Yum! Smells good enough to eat, just waiting for it to freeze up a bit so I can apply it without a HUMUNGOUS glob going on my finger!
Fills out a lot with the honey, so more lip balm for my budget!

Hmmm...sounds like it would feel really good on your lips.  I might have to try it.
